These Terms govern your use of PixMentor, operated by Nicholas Holman Photography, LLC. By using PixMentor, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the Service
PixMentor provides AI-powered photography coaching tools. You must be 13 or older to use this service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Free and Paid Tiers
Free accounts receive 2 photo analyses and 10 coach messages per month. Pro accounts receive 50 photo critiques and 250 coach messages per month. Current price and billing period are displayed before purchase. Website subscriptions are billed through Stripe; iOS subscriptions are billed through Apple.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage a web subscription through the PixMentor billing portal and an iOS subscription through Apple ID Subscriptions. Deleting your PixMentor account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. Features remain available through the paid period subject to platform terms.
4. Uploaded Photos
Photos you upload are processed by OpenAI and may be saved in private storage to provide critique history and progress features. You can delete individual photos, critique history, or your entire account in the app. We do not use your photos to train our own models. You retain full ownership.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not upload illegal or harmful content or attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service. Violations may result in account termination.
6. Disclaimers
PixMentor provides AI-generated feedback for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of any analysis or coaching advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nicholas Holman Photography, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use of PixMentor.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PixMentor after changes constitutes acceptance.
